First Visit

At Encinitas Dental Art we offer complementary consultations. We feel it is important to offer a risk free environment for our patients to come and see what we are all about. If you are new to the area, seeking a new dentist, have a dental emergency, or just need a second opinion we look forward to the opportunity to serve you.

If you are interested in becoming a regular patient in our practice, our new patient visits are 60 minutes. The extra time allows us to get to know you, your mouth, and your oral health needs. At this appointment you will receive x-rays, a full evaluation of your gums and teeth from one of our experienced doctors, a dental cleaning, and an oral cancer screening. We will rely on the latest technology by utilizing intra oral cameras, digital x-rays, and dental photography to help communicate the condition of your teeth and gums.

We realize that there may be many solutions to your needs and will make sure you are aware of all of your treatment options. 3. Medical and Dental Insurance Information
4. Previous x-rays

Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to surgery (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e., heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.)
