We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Multi-appointment procedures such as veneers, crowns, bridges, inlays/onlays, dental implants, root canals, etc. require at least 50% installment at the start of the procedure, with the balance paid by completion of procedure. In the case of dental insurance; we will calculate your co-payment and advise you prior to the start of any procedure. This estimated co-payment is due at the start of treatment and any remaining balance after insurance payment shall be paid by the patient.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

We offer a 10% discount to patients who pay for their treatment in full with cash or check on the date the services are started (excludes cleanings and teeth whitening). A 5% discount applies if paying in full with a credit or debit card.
